  1. TEGOSOFT SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. GRANT OF LICENSE. TegoSoft Grants you the right to use one 
  4. copy of the software program libraries and utilities on a 
  5. single computer. 
  6.  
  7. COPYRIGHT. The software program libraries and utilities are 
  8. owned by TegoSoft and are protected by United States 
  9. copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 
  10. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other 
  11. copyrighted material.
  12.  
  13. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, 
  14. disassemble, or modify the TegoSoft software.
  15.  
  16. The TegoSoft software includes runtime software modules 
  17. (such as DLLS and OCX controls) that are required during the 
  18. execution of your programs.  This TegoSoft Software License 
  19. Agreement grants you the right to distribute the TegoSoft 
  20. runtime modules together with your programs provided that 
  21. the programs that you are distributing are not competitive 
  22. with or are a substitute for the TegoSoft software, and 
  23. provided that the TegoSoft files which you are distributing 
  24. are copied from the original CD/disks, and provided that you 
  25. are complying with the restrictions mentioned in the 
  26. following paragraph.

  28. You may only distribute the runtime modules together with 
  29. your programs. You may not distribute the TegoSoft software 
  30. with any publication (such as books, magazines, electronic 
  31. books and electronic forums) without obtaining a written 
  32. permission from TegoSoft Inc. Your programs that use the 
  33. TegoSoft runtime modules must include your copyright notice.

  35. TegoSoft makes no warranty of any kind with regard to the
  36. merchantability, performances and fitness of the software 
  37. for a particular purpose. TegoSoft shall not be liable for 
  38. errors or for incidental or consequential damages in 
  39. connection with the furnishing, performance, or use of the 
  40. software. You shall remain solely responsible for, and hold 
  41. TegoSoft harmless from all claims, liability and damages 
  42. arising from your own products which include any of the 
  43. TegoSoft software.
